We usually hold stock in all 10 colours available on the website.  If we have your order in stock this can be dispatched within 7 days.  If we do not have your colour choice in stock we will contact you to ask if you would like to select an alternative.  Colours which are not in stock will be made to order and can take up to 8 weeks to deliver.  During periods of heavy demand this lead time may increase.  In order to keep you informed, you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery once you have placed your order. Delivery will be via a 48 hour courier service.

Returns & Cancellations

Should you not be satisfied with your order, or if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so providing that you notify us of your wish to cancel either within 7 days of making a payment, or within 7 days of receiving your order (whichever is the longest elapsed period).

To cancel your order you will need to email us at info@planetholds.com, remembering to quote your order number in all correspondence. If we have not shipped your order, we will issue you with an immediate refund. If however we have already shipped your order, we will need you to return the order to us in an unused and undamaged condition. Once we have received and inspected the condition of your returned order we will then issue a full refund.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of an order, and that any goods that are returned to us in a damaged or used condition will not be refunded.

International Delivery

For online orders we currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses.  However, for delivery outside mainland UK please email us at info@planetholds.com with your order.  You will then be contacted with a price for delivery.
