Delivery Info

We hold standard colours in stock and can usually dispatch these orders within 7 days. To take advantage of this, please choose the ‘no preference’ colour option. Colours which are not in stock will be made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. During periods of heavy demand this lead time may increase. In order to keep you informed, you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery once you have placed your order. Delivery will be via a 48-72 hour courier service once the goods are dispatched.

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately by email and return the goods unused and undamaged in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Please be aware that you will need to pay the return postage costs. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned goods.

International Delivery

For online orders we currently only deliver to mainland UK addresses. However, for delivery outside mainland UK please email us at info@planetholds.com. You will then be contacted with a price for delivery.
